Sent my dog home because of a rash that was just the discoloration of her skin by her ears. When we brought her back for grooming, it took longer than 5 hours. Now we put in a boarding request for July in May and have heard nothing- sent emails and left voice messages. I no longer trust them with my dog, if they cannot be contacted during non-emergent times. Thank you for replying. It’s great to know you can reply to this negative feedback within hours but still unable to respond to emails and phone messages sent weeks ago. |
