User Comment	I recently called in to speak about cat grooming services, as cat grooming in in the business title. I immediately made it known to the employee that I was new cat owner who rescued a long haired cat that didn't have the best hygiene due to his previous circumstances. I expected to be greeted with kindness, respect, and support. I received not one of those basic customer services skills. The woman who took my call was short and scorned me that I would ask for my dirty cat's coat be trimmed, as if I was a bad person for requesting it. She gave me the name of another women which was thoughtful, however she discredited her recommendation with her demeaning attitude towards me.
