| User Comment | We've used this pet hotel for our dog and two cats several times now, and we can tell they care about the animals. When we arrived to pick up our pets, one of the employees excitedly showed me a cute picture of our dog and shared it with me via Air Play. Another time, an employee said the dog seemed nervous and that she had put a blanket on her and laid with her for about 20 minutes. She also said she held our cat until she started purring (not as much luck with our other cat, but he's kind of a butthead).
I've never had issues getting in touch with them, but if there are ever wait times or issues calling I promise it's not from a lack of care. Highly recommend this place for your pets. |
