Being yelled at by owner in front of other customers as if I do not care for my dog. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND to ANYONE! My dog has been extremely sick for over a year and was not groomed for 5 months. Was told she grooms dogs who are dying. Made to feel I don’t care and love my dog. |
