I took my poodle to get groomed here in November of '21 and the front desk was great, and after the haircut, they asked if the mohawk was what I was looking for. It wasn't, and they offered to make it right. Great! I even offered more photos for inspiration. After a few minutes in the back, they called me back to gauge the length on top of his head, and it was still not what I wanted, it was more of a tapered faux hawk than his normal mohawk. At this point, the groomer got a huge attitude so I asked for my dog back and left. On the way out the front was very apologetic on the groomer's behalf, but it's not enough for me to ever go back. |
