| User Comment | Karen is unreliable and inconsiderate. She groomed each of my dogs (two separate visits) and although I was satisfied with her work, it is incredibly frustrating to get her respond to make an appointment. She will not respond to text for WEEKS and on top of that she does not value your time. She had an appointment scheduled for my dog at 4 pm. Two days in advance I text for confirmation and she liked the comment but then she no showed. At 4:30 I texted to ask if she was still coming and she didn't respond. At 5:00 I called her and she forwarded my phone call. She clearly does not need the business so I suggest you give it to someone that does. |
