I had bought 2 boxes of chocolate covered cherries, when I opened one box it looked like it had melted. They were all mashed together. When I returned them the girl working was very rude and wouldn't give me a refund . Said I had to exchange for same product . I didn't want more of the same so she finally gave me my money. She didn't even have me sign refund ticket. Extremely rude . I wished her a Happy New Year twice and she turned her back on me. The gentleman who works there is the only reason I go back. He is always nice and helpful. And Cheerful! |
