User Comment	Update: I have to update my post because the owner did text me back last night!! Not only to address my concerns, but to offer a solution! I am huge on customer service and I can tell you they are second to none. After speaking with her, I may have found the best groomer for my Tedster!! Caring is essential, and that she does. Willing to take my pup back simply because I felt heard! Thank you for speaking to me and addressing my concerns! We will be back. I believe my expectations will not only be met, but exceeded, simply because you care!! Initially I thought I'd definitely found the place! But that was initially! While I am mostly satisfied with the cut, it isn't as pristine as I had expected. It could have been a bit cleaner in the face. What is disappointing is the smell. He smelled better upon going in. The facility smells like dog, and that is exactly how he smelled. Even my 9 yo godson said when we picked him up and got in the car. "I love Teddy, but I hate the way he smells!"
