User Comment	I scheduled an appointment with her to take care of a friend's pet a week ahead of time over the phone and text message. She confirmed, but when the day came, she never showed up. I followed-up with her with texts and calls, but no returned response. She had also instructed me to have the pet in a carrier to be given to her, so the pet was in the carrier for almost 30 minutes as we waited for her to arrive or give us a call with an update. My suggestion, if you are looking for professional work for your pet, avoid this individual's business.
