| User Comment | awful customer service; sent the wrong product. i called and asked for the correct product and they said they’d express ship it to us immediately. waited two weeks and never got the item. called again and they said they refunded my card, and never shipped it out? the item is in stock so there’s no reason for all of the issues and delays. the representatives are incompetent and rude. offered no resolution or compensation for the inconvenience other than re sending it again on the third time of me asking.. i’ll order from someone else who will get it right the first time without having to harass them to send me what i asked for. |
