User Comment I have been bringing my dog(s) here for years, and am absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the owner. We missed one appointment today, due to the weather and illness, and he implied that my husband and I were lying about having an issue with trying to reach them on their listed number. The irony of all of this is that I can count at least 5 separate occasions where they actually canceled our appointments, some even on the day of the appointment, and only ever got a thanks for understanding. When I expressed concern about the email response that my husband and I received from one of his employees, the owner basically told me it was a non-issue because it was an automated message and yelled and repeated himself over and over and over. He also hung up on me twice. I called the second time to reschedule the appointment, and he simply repeated that it's a non-issue, and that he doesn't understand why I'm so upset, and that it's an automated email. We will not be bringing our dog back here, or giving this place anymore of our money. We don't recommend that anyone else does either, because the customer service is terrible, especially from the owner. We have taken our dog(s) here to get groomed every 6-8 weeks for the last 5 years or more, and just like that the owner made it clear that he does not value our business. My husband and I really thought we had an excellent relationship with this groomer, until the owner ruined all of that, by telling me that he didn't want to hear my concerns, and that he didn't understand why I was making an issue out of the threatening email that we received, which also stated that we would have to pay a deposit to schedule any appointments moving forward. With the number of times they'd canceled our scheduled appointments , you'd think that they'd be more understanding of one last minute cancellation during a global pandemic, and that an owner would actually value his long-time customers. Never again!
