I just picked up an order at Lowes Foods and was extremely disappointed in the service. We have been using the service for some time and have had had issues, but not to this extreme. When I came home, two things were found incorrect. First, I ordered three packages of green beans and they subsititued only one store brand without discussing with me. Had they asked, I would have said not to substitued and gone somewhere else. Second, they said they would substitute a different brand of jelly beans because they never have the one on the website, yet they did not substitue anything. I realize there is a supply chain issue at this time, but this store had numerous out of stock issues before the pandemic. I cannot see how they can support another Lowes being built in Pittsboro, when they cannot keep this one stocked. |
