User Comment	I live about an hour away and work in Malvern, so I went to Malvern Grooms for the convenience and was happy with how it turned out. It took two weeks to get an appointment for my 12lb miniature poodle, who needed a full shave to start fresh, as he was pretty matted. I just picked him up and his cut looks great and the groomer worked hard to leave a little extra on the snout for personality, per my request. The customer service was great and they were faster than I expected. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the price. With tip and extra fee for matting, it was over $100. I have never paid more than $50 for a full shave for my little buddy (even with tip/matting), so that was a shock. For that reason alone I will probably not come back, but we all know that I have nobody to blame but myself for assuming the final cost. So–5 stars 🙂 Come by for a premium grooming–if you've got the cash!!
