| User Comment | I have been patronizing this groomer for 6 years. Upon picking up my Yorkie, I attempted to make a new appt for her the next month (she is seen for a complete groom every 4 weeks) and was told it would be 2 months! When I said " oh, that's too long, I guess I will have to go somewhere else" her reply was "ok." No attempt was made to find a place or adjust the appointments to accommodate a 6 year monthly customer?? So an appointment has been made online with another groomer (which Muddy Buddy's could NEVER separate my daughters account from mine. I would receive reminders about her dog and she would about mine, despite them being told the difference many times). I feel I will be much more satisfied elsewhere, especially in lite of my recent treatment. |
