Had a one o'clock grooming appointment for my dog. When I walked in they told me it would be around 5 o'clock before I could pick him up. Called at 4:30 and they hadn't even gotten to him yet! Xan somebody explain to me the purpose of making a one o'clock appointment if you're not even going to start on the dog until 5! |
