| User Comment | Had a fairly good experience. They are very friendly. The only thing I am surprised about is they didn’t trim up around his face and didn’t trim under his ears. He’s a cocker spaniel and that is rule #1 for grooming a cocker since they tend to have ear problems. The groomer was new so maybe she didn’t know.
Update!!!! I got a phone call from Tina at the salon apologizing for the oversight. She was so nice and I was very appreciative that she reached out to offer a groomer to trim around his face and ears. I will use them again and probably from now on since they care so much about their customers and their pets. I booked two more appointments. Thank you!! |
