The lady was very polite and friendly. However I told her exactly what I wanted and lets just say that didn't happen. The cut was uneven all over, she said it was because my dog didn't like the scissors. My dog has been getting groomed since she was 6 months old and I've never had a problem before. Also I told her to not cut her ponytail and she not only cut her ponytail but it was also uneven. |
