This was my first time there. I made an appt April 26 and I was told to come in between 8:30am and 10am. I showed up at 8:35 and it looked like it was closed. There was more people waiting at the front. So we waited and waited and around 9:05 someone shows up. I was waiting for the person in front of me to give his info and then the check in person snatched the small dog from owners hands and took the dog into a room with lots of crates and comes back and yells at the owner of the pet to come back at 2:30. That’s all I needed to see for me to walk out and say heck no I’m not leaving my dog with this mean and aggressive person. Definitely don’t recommend it to NOBODY. No one’s pet should be treated that way. If something happened to her before coming that’s not our issue and specially the pets. |
