One star is one too many. We took our 10 month old Rough Collie to get bathed and groomed. We expected a clean dog with some minor shearing underneath to remove some matting. What we got was a dog with its head fur trimmed and its entire body tightly sheared; top, sides, and underneath, to the point where the dog no longer resembled a Rough Collie. The groomer never called us to discuss shearing the entire body. We will never return to this establishment. Below are before and after photos. Others will have to decide whether they can trust taking their dog to this groomer. |
