I changed groomers because my dog is old and needs some extra care. His last place wasn’t great at accommodating special needs. I used Action Pack in Round Rock years ago and this location is just as good. My dog has arthritis in his back legs and has trouble walking on slick floors and taking stairs. When I came to pick him up from his appointment I saw that they picked him up so he didn’t have to take the few stairs to the office. I didn’t even request that so my heart was so happy that they just felt it was a need. They also went at a little slower of a pace with him while grooming so he could get water breaks. This place deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Not to mention he came home looking adorable. |
