| User Comment | I just made an appointment for next Saturday and my experience talking to Roxanna was amazing. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable for my Chewiee to be there. He has anxiety when being in a create or cage and can be a bit of a diva as well, lol. She assured me that it will not be an issue. We are excited about his upcoming appointment and will let you all know how is goes after his appointment.
**** Follow Up: We had a wonderful experience, they treated our Chewiee with tons of care. You can tell they care for their animals. He enjoyed being in the open play pen area instead of in a small cage. He came home smelling good, feeling soft and with less anxiety from his experience. We will definitely be back. Customer service is amazing as well. Give it a try, you'll love it. |
