Had a terrible experience with Fancy Dog Mobile Pet Groomer. The hair cut was very uneven and that really didn’t bother me as hair will grow back. A few days later I remove the bandana they put around my dogs neck and there is a large rectangular cut under his neck. He was obviously cut and I had no idea until days later because it was hidden under the bandana. Really disappointed that they didn’t tell me and now I need to take him to the vet as it looks infected. The company is blaming it on his collar and allergies when it’s clearly a perfectly rectangular cut. Have taken my dog to groomers before and never had a problem. Beware of this company. |
