Use to love this place and bought everything for my pup here along with getting him groomed. The old groomer was wonderful, very sweet and would even send pics of my dog during the grooming process. I will no longer go here as they have cancelled my dog's grooming appointment 2 weeks in a row. The first time they even took walk-ins during my dog's scheduled appointment and called me 30 min before closing after having him for 3 hours to cancel. Then today they cancel our rescheduled appointment 10 min before the in time. I've had it. Your happiness doesn't mean anything to these people it seems. |
