I just love PetSmart in general because of the variety and quality of their products but everyone that works at this location is always so friendly and it seems very genuine. When I went on this particular day every employee I came across was smiling, conversing with other customers and it was just a really nice environment. Getting to take my big guy along for the ride is just the icing on the cake. |
