| User Comment | We bought a Reddy harness here about 30 days ago and our strong furbaby Homer ended up snapping one of the clips on it … Called Petco and they said they do full refunds/ exchanges within 60 days. Awesome! We didn't have the receipt but pulled it up with our petco rewards.
We brought our dog over near closing time and the staff was super friendly and allowed us to exchange our harness for a larger one , no rush, super helpful and kind. |
