| User Comment | After Petco cancelled my appointment 2x within one week, they finally worked my dog into their schedule (I waited 4 week to get this appointment). But they were short-staffed and in a hurry to get through the workload. My dog had a bath and deshedding. Two days later I noticed that he had scabs all around his neck stemming from a very rough deshedding treatment. They likely yanked his fur out, causing him to bleed and scab-over. I will never take him back there again!! |
