I recently took our Bernese/Pyrenees mix here to get groomed. Our appointment was scheduled for the morning at 9:30am and we were able to get checked in about 20 mins later due to a long que of others dropping their pups as well. Overall, the experience was just "okay." Considering our dog didn't get a haircut, it seemed like a really long time for what was done (he was there from (10-3pm). We did request the de-shedding and while we have been to groomers in the past that did an excellent job, there was still gobs of hair coming off of him when I picked him up. I just don't think that whatever method they are using is probably the best for his hair. I think we will try a different groomer in the area next time. I just wasn't impressed by the service or experience. |
