My dogs were good after Heather trimming and brushing their nails. They weren't scared or looking anxious to come to me, so I think they were okay with her. It was a good job. The staff were quick to call for Heather when I entered although they already had their hands full with other pets. I thought the other staff members kept busy helping customers or making sure work was done. I like their helpfulness when I come in, even if they are busy doing work. I always feel appreciated that my needs are being met. |
