Worst customer service ever. Wrong prices. I was completely ignored never helped while in the store then come to checkout products that are $10 online rung up as $17 and another online showed it as $6 but it rang up as $12 and when I brought it up to the brown haired girl with a hat on who was ringing me up at the register she responded as if I was lying and acted like I was completely inconveniencing her then to top is all off she didn’t bag any of my items which there were a few and didn’t give me my receipt instead made a rude comment and stared. When I got to my car afterwards I realized I was charged double but I wasn’t given a receipt to even bring it in and get it fixed. This isn’t the first time they have done something like this at this particular store as before I was charged for 17 shrimp when I only got 5…. After my last interaction there I will never go back there is just absolutely no reasonable explanation for a store of that magnitude to treat customers so poorly and have so many issues. |
