| User Comment | I've been taking my dog for grooming here for 4 years, 4 times a year. Today my dog was turned away for a possible biter. The reception person wasn't nice at all. I told her my dog was sensative about her feet and if she wanted muzzle her it's okay with me. She (Sheri) said we dont muzzle and grabbed at my dogs feet without making any kind of connection with her before. My wonderful past groomer there is now gone. I gave 2 stars because the 2nd technician was very kind, but my dog was already stressed out. And the store employees are very helpful. |
