We have used Petsmart as our groomers for 2 years. We have labs so usually a bath, brushing, nail trim and ears cleaned. Usually our dogs are happy to go and happy at pick up. This past weekend we took 2 of them in. Our black lab is very chill. Upon pickup I was told he escaped from his kennel 3 times, his harness and leash were not on him and his back paw was bleeding. The groomer told me he probably scraped it on the concrete but this was not a logical explanation as it was bleeding between the 2 pads. Still have no idea what happened. I was told a manager would call and followup and I haven't heard a thing. My other lab, who is just 1 year came home with 2 red scratches on his nose with absolutely no explanation. Neither one had their nails trimmed or ears cleaned so I oaid $65 for a bath and brush. Will not be returning. |
