| User Comment | I always have a great experience when I go into petsmart. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy. I've never used the grooming services so I can not speak to them. I personally wouldn't take my cats to a place like this for that, I'd prefer a smaller more intimate setting.
The employees don't big you like some places do but if they see you need help or they think you may have a question, they will approach you and ask you if they can assist you. They usually have some good sales and they always price match items. The only thing that o don't like about the store is the place where they have the kitties. I don't like it in any store though. I think its just to small and lonely for them. Thats not run by petsmart though which is why I didn't take any stars away. I think this is a good store for you pets needs. |
