| User Comment | I took my Dog here. She had lovely feathers on her legs and tail being a cocker spaniel. I asked for a tidy up trim and a wash. What I got back was all her feathers shaved off and a traumatised dog. Her hair has not grown back the same since and advised by another groomer that they will never grow back the same now as the feathers were shaved off. She had bald patches behind her ears also. As for the traumatised part, she was never bothered by a hair dryer before and now she is scared every time the hair dryer goes on. But at least she smelt nice… |
