Staff were kind. Our dog got the sanitary trim and it came out great. We tried to trim his nails at home and that was a no go. Only reason for a 4 star is the lack of water for the dogs. He was extremely thirsty when we picked him up after 5 hours. Not sure if he got any when he was there. |
