User Comment	This is my first review ever but the behavior of the owner is off the charts. My family has brought their dogs there consistently for the better part of at least 25 years, beginning when the owner had her business in Southwest Philly. My mother was a faithful customer who also owned a neighborhood business, and even followed Carol to delco until she stopped driving. This woman has become so nasty and rude almost every time I've scheduled, paid by check (making claims several times that my check wasn't going through, which is impossible), I have tipped her nicely and been very courteous toward her despite her nasty condescending attitude because my dog seemed to do well at Poochies. Today I called because I'd left a message and never heard back. I told her I left a message and she said " No. I called everyone who left a message " almost angrily. She hadn't returned my call….she started to book the appointment and once she looked up my dog she said "oh no he hasn't been here in 6 months. I can't book him I need to book my real customers". Your real customers? Funny. I'm from a family of "real customers" and have been to the salon prior. She hung up on me and I called back and asked why I couldn't get an appointment in the near future. She went on a solid rant about things that had nothing to do with my appointment request. Bottom line- no loyalty or etiquette. She does not care about customers, dogs, or customer service. Her overwhelmed and condescending attitude needs adjustment. Save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere! Zero stars. Gross treatment of customers.
