Serenity Grooming was such a positive experience. They’re very responsive and were so easy to work with scheduling appointments for my fur babies. Highly communicative with reminders of upcoming appointment and even letting us know they were on the way. Both groomers were so warm and friendly the dogs immediately went to them. One dog has such a gear about getting his nails trimmed but it was no big deal with Serenity Groomers. They’ve never looked so nice and cleaned up. My golden was perfectly groomed and not butchered. They’re so thorough that they even noticed her ears were slightly smelly and gave her a ph wash. We had no clue. So informative as to what we should do until next appointment. We and the doggos can’t wait to see them again. AAA++++++ Service. |
