Most HORRIBLE experience at a groomer ever. I was told my golden doodles haircut would take 3 hours. She was there for 5. She can't even walk because they had her standing for so long. AJ, the front desk person, was beyond incompetent. He lost her nose lead and took 20 min. To find it. On top of all this, there was a random dog just roaming around freely in the entry way who was working up my dog AND wouldn't let us leave because he kept trying to hump my dog. Complete waste of $100 and something I could have easily just done at home myself. Doesn't even really look like she got a haircut. Never going back here. |
