User Comment	shame on them. my dogs had been going to the broomall location since they opened, loved the staff and pricing was reasonable. just called to schedule an appointment at their new location. whoever answered the phone sounded like she'd rather be anyplace but there. after looking up my file she informed me that pricing for each dog would be in the range of $75 to $95 each dog. asked for a firm price and was told that she's not in charge of pricing. after years of paying $60 each for grooming I would now have to roll the dice as to what I would be charged on day of appointment. needless to say didn't schedule. DO BETTER
