My online order finally showed 2 1/2 weeks from the day when I ordered it. It was said that it would ship within 2 days, given the holidays I figured it would be after the 1st before it would ship. On the 3rd of January I called the customer service line to check to see if it shipped because as of that day it stated it was still preparing. I called 3 times and after waiting on hold for 30 to 45 minutes each time I got hung up on. I then decided to go to the local store and speak with them and they showed the same as me that it was preparing and I decided to give it another day so on the 4th when it still said the same thing, I went into the store and the assistant manager called the hotline and spoke with Anita whom was not very helpful cause she said it has not shipped yet and not sure when it will. On the 5th it finally shipped, and it arrived on the 14th which in my opinion is ridiculous that I still had to pay for shipping when it took this long. When it arrived it was damaged in a couple places but because it took so long to get here I just took it, the assistant manager noted the damage and I took pictures of the damage rite there in the stock room of the store. I have not had anyone contact me as to if you are going to make this rite, and to boot I did not even get any reward points for this purchase which is a big purchase and I would of hoped someone would have done something, but I guess customers come and go, at least that is how I feel about this cause this is my hard earned money paying for this purchase. I will wait 1 day to hear something, and if I don't get someone higher then the store manager to respond to me I will post this as a review on Google. This does not reflect on anyone at the store level as they were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my product. This is a e-commerce or corporate issue and would expect to hear from someone at that level to reach out and rectify this situation.
