Very understanding and take the time to explain everything. I'm a person who likes to know details to fully understand why the treatment is needed and what the pro's / con's could be. I came here when my dog was a puppy and they have always been so gentle with him. The hospital is also very clean and well organized which is much appreciated! The girl's at the front desk are very friendly which makes it easy to call to schedule or for an emergency. |
