I always have good experiences here. Everyone is pleasant and courteous. Wait times are always short or reasonable. The vets are attentive and caring. Yes, they get busy and have lots of clients, yes emergencies come up and you may have to wait a few minutes either in person or on the phone, but they always do their best to make sure my needs and everyone else's are met. I recently requested a copy of my animal's medical records and within 5 minutes they were in my inbox. |
