While I would never give Walmart a 5 star rating, these 5 stars were earned because of one of their customers service representative by the name of Monica was absolutely spectacular helping me today! She was nice, smiling and slightly conversational with me despite being tired and not having a lunch break today because of how busy they were. She should definitely be rewarded for her outstanding customer service skills. Thank You Monica for helping me tonight June 10, 2020 @ 10pm |
