User Comment	My dog has some behavior issues while getting groomed, the first time I visited I explained his triggers and things in the past that other groomers have had issues with. The owner and I came up with a plan and she took notes on what I told her to help Chalie and her staff to have the best possible experience. Every time I have come back the owner remembers my dog and works with us to make sure his groom is a positive experience. 10/10 would recommend. He always comes back well groomed, they cut what needs to be cut to make sure he is in the best health and he always looks amazing!
