Our experience was 100% awesome! Beau was only there for 4 hours. (The last place I took him to he was there 6-7 hours! This made me worry because he didn't need to be away from me that long.) Our groomer fell in love with him–and he felt the same way about her. If you have a large dog (Beau is a Bernese Mountain Dog and weighs 139 lbs.), Sandy is the best! We were greeted with a precious welcome board that has the names of the doggies that will be groomed that day–it made me feel so good to see my baby's name on the board. The girls that greeted us were very friendly and made Beau feel comfortable and loved from start to finish. The only drawback was the beautiful antique table that had the most beautiful treats for Easter was way too low for Beau. (: The top of the table was exactly right for his big mouth!) If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't wait for our next appointment. |
